Three habits for good verification
Record authority before charge
Capture a lawful purpose, consent or authority, and approve the displayed charge.
Treat outcomes as evidence
Completed, pending and manual_review are workflow states, not automatic decisions.
Portal roles
Client users submit permitted checks and access their reports. Admins provision users, manage wallets and review account activity. Neither role should share credentials.
