History is your audit trail
History lists service, masked input, request ID, timestamp, status, credits and result language. Filter rather than exporting broad datasets.
Reports
A report presents the normalised outcome, provider source label, metadata and confidentiality notice. PDF download and email sharing are authenticated actions for permitted users.

When a report is pending
Refresh the existing request or use its request ID. Never submit a second request as a workaround.
