An asynchronous identity workflow for supported African countries. The start request returns a provider job reference; completion must be retrieved through the protected polling lifecycle.

Review and safeguards
Keep the local verification pending until the job outcome is known. A timeout or unknown provider state is not a positive result; reconcile it separately and avoid duplicate paid submissions.
